1. How do I get started with your services?

We begin with a 30-minute consultation to understand your brand's vision and share our processes. Afterward, we provide a customized client engagement document that summarizes the scope of your project, our processes, and addresses any questions or concerns. Once all details are clear, we sign the document and create an invoice based on the agreed budget. Additionally, we set up a project management tool to track and summarize all processes related to your project.

 

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for production runs?

Our minimum order is 150 units per production run, per color, across 5 sizes. This ensures we maintain high-quality production while being cost-effective for your brand.

 

3. What if I need more than 5 sizes in my production run?

If you require more than 5 sizes for your 150-unit minimum order, a surcharge migh apply. We can discuss your specific sizing requirements to provide a transparent pricing structure.

 

4. Can I include multiple colors in my first production run?

Production costs are influenced by the time it takes to manufacture each unit. Adding more colors increases production time, which impacts the overall cost. We’re happy to discuss your color options during your consultation to find the best approach for your project.

 

5. How do you price manufacturing?

Manufacturing pricing is determined on a per-style basis and depends on factors such as fabric type, content, and weight. Once materials are selected, we provide a custom quote tailored to your specific project needs.

 

6. What is involved in the design development of a technical garment?

We tailor each projects to your needs and can remain flexible throughout the process and can add services as required

Can I visit your site?

We're always welcome to host you at our facility in London, Ontario. Site visits are available by appointment only.

Can you help me design hang tags, packaging, labels, custom notions

Yes, these services are available upon request.

Can you customize my garment with screenprinting, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, etc.?

We have trusted partners who handle all kinds of embroidery, screenprinting, heat transfer, etc. locally in our area. 

Can you place labels, hang tags, and fold my garments

Yes, we can package your garments.

How many Colours can I order?

Typically our minimum is 150 units per colour per style, if you would like to increase the number of colours, we can quote a change fee on a case-by-case basis. We may not be able to accommodate multiple colours on smaller orders

What machines do you have?

4T Serger, 5T Serger, Single Needle, Double Needle (Split Needle Bar), Bartack, Coverstitch,  Buttonhole, ultrasonic welding,  and many more!

Can you provide references or past work examples?

Upon request, we can send out a sample from our inventory to demonstrate our quality.

Is shipping included in your pricing?

Shipping is not included in our pricing. It is provided at-cost from our providers. You can also arrange your own shipping
