What is your minimum order quantity?
150 Units Per Style per Colour, split between a maximum of 5 sizes.
Do you do _____ (swimwear, lingerie, suiting, ballet tutus etc.)
We can take on most projects, apart from formalwear, wedding apparel, lingerie, leather material; highly bespoke or made-to-measure items. We like to work in production-scale quantities, not one-of-a-kind items.
How long does a take to make a sample?
We work as quickly as possible on all activities within our shop, but waiting on materials is often the biggest delay. We find it takes roughly 4-6 weeks for our team to go from the initial design consultation meeting to the first sample.
When can I expect my complete run to be completed?
Given supply chain delays, waiting for customer feedback and scheduling our production, it is very difficult to predict timelines as every project is different. For a simple project, 8-12 weeks.
Do you provide us with patterns and technical packages?
We provide digital patterns in .sty or .dxf format, which can be read by most digital patternmaking software. We develop our own in-house sampling sheets and technical packages. Based on request, we can provide pricing on creating a more detailed technical package for your style.
Can I request more than two rounds of prototypes?
We tailor each projects to your needs and can remain flexible throughout the process and can add services as required
Can I visit your site?
We're always welcome to host you at our facility in London, Ontario. Site visits are available by appointment only.
Can you help me design hang tags, packaging, labels, custom notions
Yes, these services are available upon request.
Can you customize my garment with screenprinting, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, etc.?
We have trusted partners who handle all kinds of embroidery, screenprinting, heat transfer, etc. locally here in our area. Sublimation is also available upon g
Can you place labels, hang tags, and fold my garments
Yes, we can package your garments.
How many Colours can I order?
Typically our minimum is 150 units per colour per style, if you would like to increase the number of colours, we can quote a change fee on a case-by-case basis. We may not be able to accommodate multiple colours on smaller orders
What machines do you have?
4T Serger, 5T Serger, Single Needle, Double Needle (Split Needle Bar), Bartack, Coverstitch, Buttonhole, ultrasonic welding, and many more!
Can you provide references or past work examples?
Upon request, we can send out a sample from our inventory to demonstrate our quality.
Is shipping included in your pricing?
Shipping is not included in our pricing. It is provided at-cost from our providers. You can also arrange your own shipping
